Music and Movement

Music & Movement – No Limits is a joyful, inclusive dance and movement class designed for children of all abilities. Through music, creative movement and dance, dancers are encouraged to move, express themselves, build confidence and experience the joy of being part of a class — in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for them.

This program welcomes dancers ages 5+ with diverse needs, including children on the autism spectrum, individuals with Down syndrome, and those with physical, developmental or cognitive challenges.

Classes are designed to be flexible and encouraging, with movement adapted to meet each dancer where they are. There is no pressure to perform or keep up — just space to move, explore, connect and have fun.

No previous dance experience is required. All abilities are welcome.
