Time: Photoshoot 3:15PM - 7:15PM. (dancers will get ready in studio 2. One parent per dancer age 11 years and younger is permitted in studio 2).

Dancers are expected to arrive 15 mins before the times listed below...
2:15 - 3:15 - Photographer Setup
3:15 - 4:30 - Intermediate Team (dancers ages 12-14 years including Kemptville part time team)
4:30 - 5:20 - Junior Team (dancers 9-11 years)
5:20 - 5:50 - Kemptville PreJunior Team (dancers 7-8 years)
5:50 - 6:05 - All Competitive Team Dancers - Group Photo *all dancers need to arrive for this photo
6:05 - 6:55 - Senior Team (all Full Time RSS dancers 15 - 17 years)
6:55 - 7:15 - Adult Team
7:15 - 8:00 - Optional Shoot for Senior and Graduating Dancers *additional cost *separate email will be sent shortly with more information
8:00 - 8:30 - Photographer Teardown
Where: DanceRoots Riverside South location
Who: All dancers on the 2024/2025 Competitive Team (full time, part time and adults)
Attire: Colours: a combination of black, white, grey (the backdrop colour is light green). Flexible attire items as long as they are in the colour scheme of solid black, solid white and solid grey and do not show any logos. You do not need to wear all 3 colours just a combination of what works for you in these colours. Please bring a few options in case a clothing item will not work in the picture. Please keep your clothing items to something that is considered dance attire meaning something you can move around well in. Loose pants will work as long as they are a solid colour and are considered something you can dance in. An open dress shirt is acceptable with a crop or tight tank underneath, a tshirt preferable form fitting, shorts, leggings, pants as long as they are not restrictive. NO LOGOS ON CLOTHING. No Nike lululemon adidas or any other logos or symbols visible on clothing please.
Hair: female hair is all down however come prepared to tie it back with an elastic if needed.
Optional Senior Shoot - will have a white backdrop and we can discuss attire separately. *separate email will be sent on this
